Furniture problems that short-term renters suffer from.
Usually, tenants need to buy furniture themselves because the furniture in a short-term rental house are not fully-equipped. The landlords are unwilling to buy new furniture because purchasing for a short-term tenant has no benefit. Even if the utilization rate of the furniture is very low, tenants still need to remove the furniture when the lease expires. If they can’t sell or send the furniture on time, the furniture will become garbage. It cost a lot and isn’t eco-friendly.
